The Black Sheep


It is my great pleasure to announce my partnership with Chef James Toland!

We will be opening The Black Sheep in March of 2011.  Along with the Chef's innovative, local, and most importantly, affordable cuisine, expect a level of service, sincerity and passion like no other!

We will feature a bar area pumping out some great cocktails, local beers, whiskeys and the like.  Small plates will be available until the wee hours of the morning!

In the dining room look for a knowledgeable, high-energy staff, not afraid to do whatever it might take to make you feel welcome in our new home!

Sweet Home Chicago!


After a brief time in Manhattan, it is truly great to be back home in Chicago.  From our sincere people, to our amazing history, our magnificent architecture and our beautiful lake, what else do you need?  A summer that lasted a bit longer, maybe--that might be a bit greedy?    A few more restaurants, of course--well at least one more right now!

What can I say, it's my kinda town...
